No. Disabling the plugin won’t break anything on your site. The plugin is lightweight and fully reversible:

• No course data is removed
• No WooCommerce or EDD settings are modified
• No pricing, product, or enrollment data is overwritten

If you deactivate the plugin, the FBT widget simply stops appearing on the front end: everything else on your LearnDash or store pages remains unchanged.
